During the Modern Cities, Modern Architecture study abroad in the Summer of 2025, I created a series of quick, direct observation watercolors that captured moments of interest from New York, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and London. These paintings document the urban landscapes, architectural details, and unexpected encounters that shaped my experience. They serve as both a personal travel record and an exploration of how cities reveal themselves through everyday moments.
